Scott Farquhar to resign as joint CEO of AtlassianJ

Joint CEO of Atlassian, Scott Farquhar, has announced that he will be stepping down at the end of August. Atlassian has said that Farquhar is stepping down to spend more time with his family while also turning his focus to philanthropy.

Mattermost Launches Strategic Integration with Parabol to Support AI-Accelerated Workflows Across Atlassian Jira and Azure AI, Enables Responsible AI for National Security Community 

Mattermost and Parabol have collaborated to make a new plugin that supports AI accelerated workflows across Atlassian Jira and Azure AI. In this announcement Mattermost also revealed that this new plugin enables responsible AI for the security community.

Atlassian Confluence Linux instances targeted with Cerber ransomware 

On April 17th, researchers revealed that a vulnerability in Atlassian Confluence Data Center and Server was used to deploy a Linux variant of Cerber ransomware.
